FAQs
-
What if my insurance is not covered?
If our services are not covered by your insurance, we recommend contacting your provider to learn what out-of-network benefits may be available.
Depending on your plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement after paying out-of-pocket. -
How is my insurance billed?
Evolv Psychiatry & Wellness partners with Alma, a secure platform that manages our insurance billing and scheduling for covered visits.
If you plan to use your insurance, you’ll schedule and manage your appointments directly through Alma’s portal, rather than our standard patient portal.
You’ll receive a secure link from Alma to verify your benefits, book appointments, and handle billing — all in one place.

What is your cancellation policy?

Some individuals notice improvement within a month, while others may need more time as we work together to find the right balance and treatment approach. -
Can you prescribe controlled substances during virtual visits?
Not at this time.
